Lifeguards are the superheros of the aquatics world and we're adding another superhero to our team!

SHARC's Senior Head Guards are full-time, benefited employees that serve as leaders and role models to the guarding team, cultivating a safe and friendly work environment for all.

Successful candidates will have strong swimming skills, first aid and CPR certification,a minimum of two years (seasons) as a Head lifeguard or related experience including supervisory, and a proven ability to lead and communicate effectively.

The Good Stuff

Starting Wage : $25.00 per hour. Full benefits package including employer paid medical / vision / dental insurance, generous paid leave, 401k with employer match and profit share, longevity bonus, and access to recreation amenities (pools, disc golf, tennis & pickleball courts).

Other Details

Must have current certifications in Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. EOE. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
