What You'll Be Doing

The Patient & Physician Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between patients, prescribers, and pharmacy services in support of the 340B Program. This role ensures eligible patients are connected to affordable medication access through 340B, while maintaining program compliance and improving care coordination with physician practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Doctor & Front Office Support :

Train and assist physician offices with 340B enrollment and operational workflows.

Handle PA submissions and approvals, working with insurance providers and physicians to minimize delays.

Assist with the identification and verification of 340B-eligible patients and providers based on program guidelines.

Track prescription delivery timelines, payment processing, and refill reminders.

Maintain accurate and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders (physicians, care coordinators, pharmacy, etc.).

Ensure program compliance with HRSA regulations and internal auditing standards.
