Soliant Health is currently hiring for anight shift pharmacist for a major Los Angeles County Department of Health hospital. This role is centered in the inpatient pharmacy with a strong focus on supporting the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically sharp, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours in a high-acuity setting. While the focus is on night shifts, exceptionally strong candidates preferring day or afternoon shifts may be considered.

Schedule : Preferred 7-on / 7-off or 8-on / 6-off 10-hour night shifts (9 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM)
Start Date : ASAP
Compensation : $60+ / hour

Key Responsibilities :
Verify and dispense medications for inpatient units, with a focus on emergency and acute care needs
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff
Support safe and accurate medication preparation and distribution
Follow all inpatient pharmacy protocols, including sterile compounding and controlled substance handling
May be asked to float to other shifts depending on operational needs
Qualifications :
Active California Pharmacist license (in good standing)
Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience OR PGY1 Residency (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology, sterile IV compounding, and emergency care workflow
Must be able to pass a pharmacy competency exam (required for placement)
Flexibility to work different shifts if needed (primarily 1st and 2nd, occasional 3rd shift)
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Candidates must attend an on-site interview
Once offered, onboarding includes a competency exam, background (Livescan), and agency processing
Onboarding process typically takes 48 weeks before start
