POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Quality Control Analyst executes the Servicing Quality Control Plan and ensures that thepany is satisfying its quality control requirements relative to his or her assigned process audits. He or she conducts quality control reviews in accordance with the prescribed audit schedule, designed toply withpliance monitoring, investor requirements, policies, and procedures. The Sr. Quality Control Analyst demonstrates proficiency in understanding mortgage servicing guidelines, regulations, auditing and testing ofplex mortgage servicing processes. This auditing professionalpletes assignments ahead of deadlines, with significant attention to detail, without sacrificing quality. Sr. Quality Control Analysts require minimal supervision and produce highly defendable work products.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct Quality Control audits according to audit schedules and requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency performing assignments within designated QC audit software in accordance with procedures
• Conclude on the audits performed with concise, fact based, well supported findings
• Issue findings / rmendations to Servicing Operations and Production once concluding on valid exceptions
• Assist QC Management Team with documenting audit methods, audit testing scripts, and audit questionnaire content
• Assist QC Management Team with audit criteria calibration with Servicing Operations & Production
• Make rmendations regarding remedial actions and work with Servicing Operations and Production to drive change
• Ability to develop new, and maintain existing, business relationships in aplex cross-organizational and cross-functional matrix environment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborates with peers and leadership across the Business Units to drive change management and process improvements
• Provide support, solutions, or subject knowledge to assist subordinate teammates with their assigned audits
