Job Overview / Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager with technical knowledge and hands-on experience in claims management within clinical negligence or personal injury. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities :
Manage a large caseload within strict deadlines and conflicting priorities.
Draft concise and professional documents and complex legal correspondence.
Collaborate effectively within your team and across departments.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Focus on continuous service improvement and innovation.
Primary Skills :
Technical knowledge and experience in claims management for clinical negligence or personal injury.
Strong understanding of current law and relevant statutes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Evidence of successfully managing a high-volume caseload.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience working in NHS-related claims or legal environments.
Knowledge of data-driven strategies and innovative service approaches.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in claims management.
Legal or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
