What You'll Do :

Greet and screen all individuals entering the healthcare location in a professional and courteous manner, following established protocols.

Assist with monitoring entry points and help to deter unauthorized access.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining awareness of security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including potential medical emergencies.

Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and patients regarding procedures and directions as needed.

Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and / or designated healthcare personnel.

Maintain accurate logs and / or documentation related to screening activities, incidents, and observations.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Applicants may be required to provide proof of vaccination as required by the hospital client.

Applicants may be required to work in hospital morgue environments as required by the client.

Applicants may be required to restrain individuals in a hospital setting as required by the client.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
