One of Miami’s most respected builders is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead full-cycle project delivery for commercial builds in the $20M–$100M range. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and internal teams — with a clear route to Project Executive and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage all client, architect, and subcontractor relationships
- Lead PM and APM teams on schedule, quality, and safety
- Track financial performance and handle change management
