What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll work directly with union members who have personally requested information about their benefits. This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales it's about having meaningful conversations with people who value what we provide. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to connect with members
• Scheduling and leading virtual presentations to review benefits
• Explaining coverage options and guiding families through their choices
• Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining quality standards to ensure client satisfaction
• Developing leadership skills and preparing for advanced career opportunities
