Job Requirements :
- Responding to and resolving help desk tickets
- Maintaining and troubleshooting issues with conference room equipment
- Provisioning and deploying laptops and peripherals for new employees
- Troubleshooting printers and MFP’s
- Troubleshooting issues with firm’s primary document management system, iManage
- Managing applications deployed to machines via Microsoft Intune / Company Portal
- Managing Exchange distributions groups in Microsoft Exchange Online
- Troubleshooting email delivery issues using Mimecast and Microsoft Exchange Online
- Setting up new phone numbers / extensions in Microsoft Teams admin portal
- Troubleshooting issues with Office 365 applications
- Creating new users accounts in active directory
- Managing security groups in Active Director and Microsoft Azure
- Enrolling and managing cell phones via Microsoft In Tune
Assisting other members of the IT team with project work as needed
Technical Requirement : At least 3yrs experience with the following
