PRN Job Details :

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Assess residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Requirements

Applicants must have active Michigan Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license, including graduation from an accredited physical therapist pr physical therapist assistant education program and subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam to obtain licensure or certification required by the state. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
