ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Dakota Andrews - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and existing clients
  • Generate leads and build a strong client base through proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Present and explain insurance products and services tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and company goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses required
  • Proven sales experience in insurance or related fields preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
