The ideal candidate has experience :

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in any field and two (2) years of experience in unemployment insurance claims and / or tax, accounting, auditing, finance, budgeting, eligibility determination / interviewing, clerical work, customer service, data entry, and / or interviewing in a public welfare or social welfare program. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and / or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience. One (1) year of supervisory experience may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

Employment Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Employment is subject to a pre-employment criminal history background investigation and is conditional pending results.

Working Conditions

Office Setting, exposure to VDT, extensive personal computer and phone usage.
