Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License Previous staffing experience a plus Prefer candidate with Inside Sales and / or Recruiting experience. Hourly pay of $ 20 .00 / HR based on experience. Monthly bonus program Two weeks of Vacation available upon weekly accrual 48 hours per calendar year of Paid Personal Time 7 paid holidays 401(K) with company contribution Life Insurance that is 100% paid by the company Long Term Disability that is 100% paid by the company Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance that is paid 100% by the company Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed
