Job Title : Dry Cleaning Store Manager
Location : Airline Drive
Reports To : Director of Retail Sales and Service
Position Summary
The Dry Cleaning Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency, and achieving sales goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an in-depth understanding of dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Lead, train, and schedule store employees to ensure optimal performance and productivity.Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the store.Manage inventory of supplies and materials; place orders as needed.Perform quality control checks on garments to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Handle cash register operations, reconcile daily sales, and prepare bank deposits.Promote services and upsell where appropriate to increase revenue.Prepare reports and communicate with upper management regarding store performance.Enforce employee compliance with uniform and appearance standards.Maintain store goals and labor percentage as determined by supervisor.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or dry cleaning management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer and POS system proficiency.Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required.Frequent bending, reaching, and walking.
