Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer with expertise in Mellanox technologies and network deployments . This role focuses on the design, implementation, and support of network solutions, ensuring optimal performance across client infrastructures. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mellanox products , a strong grasp of networking concepts, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network environments. Bilingual Spanish / English skills are preferred but not required. Occasional travel to Mexico is necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, plan, and deploy network solutions using Mellanox hardware and technologies .
• Experience with Cumulus OS, OSPF, BGP, and campus WAN is a MUST.
• Configure, test, and support InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions , ensuring high performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand project needs and recommend tailored networking solutions.
• Perform on-site installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as required.
• Monitor and maintain deployed networks, ensuring high availability and reliability .
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams for ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues , maintaining clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, project management) to streamline deployments.
• Travel occasionally to Mexico to support on-site deployments.
