$30k COMPLETION BONUS (13 weeks / 520 hrs worked).

• Shift Times : 24 call 7am-7am, if not on call daily shift is 7am-4pm unless in the peel off list.
• Cases : General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro / Heads & Peds (few).
• Supervision and Own cases.
• MOR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1 : 3.
• No OT.
• Call : Yes, MOR and OB - call 2 MDs in house.
• MOR-17 rooms (includes EP / Cath Lab, GI, and IR) / Madison Irving Surgery Center-4 / Physician Office Building-4 / Labor & Delivery-3.
• Charting : Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.
• Credentialing : 30 day emergency time frame.
• Site Requires Vaccine.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
