Web Developer (Marketing, GTM)

Location : Norcross, GA 30092 or Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote : 2-3 days in the office per week

Travel : Quarterly company events in Cincinnati

Responsibilities :

• As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on building digital go-to-market experiences
• Executing strategies and tactics across web channels through storytelling and design
• Helping to create comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy – focusing on filling the top of the funnel and optimizing conversions
• Building and maintaining web pages, user interfaces, and interactive digital experiences
• Working with an experiment-first mindset, pushing the team to test and learn, measuring and reporting results
• Implementing PPC strategies like keyword research and A / B testing
• Leveraging various APIs to pull in dynamic web content, building reusable libraries and code

Requirements :

3+ years of front end web development experience

Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design

1+ year of experience building websites with HubSpot and WordPress

Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, and / or GCP is preferred

Experience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Git, and / or HUBL

Web analytics experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar

Experience with A / B testing and content targeting

Strong eye for UI / UX design for web and mobile applications
