Role : NOC (Network Operations Center) Support

Work Location : Winston-Salem, NC , USA - Hybrid Onsite

Note : Candidate should be ready to work in night shift in weekdays and weekends. hrs shift , days a week (Total estimated hrs / week)

JD :

to years' experience working knowledge about networking devices like Cisco routers switches

to years' experience with Red Hat Linux and in an enterprise environment,

Monitor clients help with desk calls and assist in the resolution of problems; escalate problems to internal technical

groups as appropriate

Create documentation that will troubleshoot internal networks and systems efficiently

Provide network support for WAN and IP Telephony networks

Proactively contact participants when surveillance systems identify connectivity issues

Implement and participate in Disaster Recovery exercises

Support release implementation, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance and disaster recovery testing

Prepare Operations for the implementation or decommission of services

Engage with other technical teams and assist / develop technical solutions for integration projects
