The Senior Associate, Quantitative Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining financial modeling. Develop analytics to support the evaluation of existing investments and prospective investments. What You Will Do : Assist with onboarding complex vendor models to generate cash flows, analyze portfolio risk and conduct scenario analysis. Develop quantitative data driven analysis to evaluate select prospective and existing investments. Facilitate in the preparation of written materials to document investment assumption changes and supporting rationale. Develop automated and efficient reporting to monitor portfolio positions, attribution, exposures, risk, performance and compliance and explain such information to Fortitude Res senior management. Co-ordinate data requests between Fortitude Re and various third parties including but not limited to our asset managers. Comfortable with large amounts of data and ability to clean / format datasets for downstream purposes would be ideal. What You Will Have : A degree in finance, math, statistics, operations research, economics, and / or investments 5+ years of experience in financial analytics and modeling. Knowledge of Python, advanced Excel skills, Bloomberg is preferred.??Familiarity with other data science / programming techniques (SQL, R, MatLab) is a plus. Very strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills to clearly articulate complex concepts, ideas and processes. Willingness to work towards CFA designation is preferred. Entrepreneurial with a desire to work in a start-up environments. Desire to deliver a complete work product. Strong oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

Base Salary Range

130,000 — $150,000 USD
