We're currently seeking a dedicated Medical Records Clerk to join our Medical Records Department at our Ontario and Crestline location's .

Position Overview

Contributes to patient care and hospital operations by organizing and maintaining accurate and confidential health information in the patient's medical record; Responds to requests timely manner according to hospital policy, state, and federal regulations; Registers all births with the Bureau of Vital Statistics.

Qualifications

Required :

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Active Ohio Notary Public credentials or receive within six (6) months of employment.
