We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Capital Markets Technology team, partnering closely with Fixed Income, Special Situations, and Public Equity investment professionals to shape the research and analytics platforms that guide front-office decision-making.
In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and delivery of technology solutions that support investment research workflows. You will engage with stakeholders across investment, operations, and risk functions to understand their needs, translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and guide the full lifecycle of enhancementsfrom initial concept through testing and implementation. A central part of your work will involve improving research processes, optimizing the flow of financial and credit data, and advancing the systems used to produce reporting and insights for front-office teams.
You will also serve as a key liaison between internal technology teams and external vendors, ensuring that platforms supporting research and credit analytics meet enterprise standards, integrate effectively with broader systems, and evolve in step with business priorities. This includes coordinating release cycles, communicating project updates, and maintaining a clear roadmap that reflects both immediate needs and strategic objectives. As a subject matter expert on investment systems and fixed-income processes, you will contribute to ongoing integrations, system upgrades, and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the technology platform.
The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of business or systems analysis experience supporting credit research or investment management technology in a buy-side or sell-side environment. Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate credit metrics, and fixed-income concepts is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and operate confidently within Agile or Scrum methodologies. Success in this role requires analytical strength, a problem-solving mindset, a sense of ownership, and the ability to turn complex investment needs into thoughtful, effective technology solutions.
