About The Position

Job Title : Emergency Medicine Nurse

Profession : RN

Specialty : Emergency Medicine Nursing

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience in a Level 1 trauma center or academic hospital; 1 year of travel experience preferred

License : RN License required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS required; ATCN or TNCC preferred

Must-Have : Epic experience

Description :

This role is in a fast-paced and highly varied practice setting.

Skills in critical thinking, public health, and patient teaching are essential.

The facility is a Level 1 trauma center and a designated Stroke and Primary PCI center for patients experiencing Acute Myocardial Infarction.

Responsibilities include triaging to Trauma and the Rapid Assessment area as well as the Emergency Acute Care Area.
