5 : 00AM - 3 : 30AM Monday-Thursday; OT as needed

Pay : The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.60 + benefits. This information is specific to Stokesdale, NC and may not be applicable to other locations.

What your day in this role might involve at OC Stokesdale :

The primary purpose of this position is to machine accurate and quality materials for shipment.

• Observe all safety rules and procedures
• Perform all duties of a crew member.
• Set-up machine in a timely fashion
• Keep accurate daily paperwork.
• Learn to read and process orders on worksheets for end prep and haunch detail.
• Achieve 6300 pieces per day.
• Use proper lockout tagout procedures, which include knowing how to set insert tooling.
• Tie up finished units to be pulled and tagged properly.
• Grade material off the back of the machine to appropriate customer specifications.
• Putty and repairs as necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance of entire machine including lubrications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring manufacturing specifications are achieved.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Delegate tasks and train team members to run the machine center efficiently and accurately.
