Brief Overview of Position :

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Systems Administrator to join our growing team. We are part of a dynamic and innovative team specializing in advanced technology solutions for both government and commercial sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator with an active Secret Security Clearance or higher to join our team in Orlando, Florida for onsite support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Job Description : The Systems Administrator will support efforts of the task order.

Responsibilities :

  • Systems Administrator position focuses on the administration of the Microsoft Windows Server operating system for imaging workstations that are to be used in a live training scenario. This includes supporting applicable roles / services as well as network services
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and services by third-party organizations and the US Army operational standards. Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
  • Proven experience with deploying and support of HBSS / AESS ePo, DLP, Policy Auditor, ENS Firewall, and Trellix Administration
  • Duties will consist of performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Servers and workstations along with incident management
  • Supporting Windows and services including, but not limited to, DHCP, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and third-party services such as backup monitoring utilities
  • Perform integrated Information Assurance (IA) tasks following Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Best Business Practices (BBP) in assisting with network accreditation requirements

Education, Experience, and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years related experience
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required
  • DoD IAT II Level II Certification / Current CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012
  • Windows 10 / 11- 21H2
  • Office Suite 2013, 2016
  • 3rd party application management (Java, Adobe, Chrome, Edge etc.)
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Laptop Imaging
  • Helpdesk Ticket support via Manage Engine Helpdesk (Tier 1, 2, 3)
  • Customer Support Laptop shop , issue laptops, etc.
  • OCSP Axway Server Administrator
  • Patch Management
  • STIG Security hardening management
  • Must Be Local
