What Youll Do

• Handle a full caseload of personal injury and catastrophic injury matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions discovery pleadings and other key litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions mediations and court appearances with confidence and professionalism.
• Strategically evaluate cases and negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys paralegals and case managers in a team-driven environment.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients providing compassionate and proactive representation.
