Monday - Wednesday 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Thursday 1 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 pm, Friday 9 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm

Patient Census 20-30

See ages 30+

Call required every other week

Rounding at local hospital daily

Affiliated with 1 local hospital

Credentialing can be completed in 3 month
