Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing

High Point University is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing to join the Office of Communications. This role helps plan, develop and oversee production of enrollment marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. This position will manage timelines, analyze existing pieces well in advance and manage logistics of the print process between the marketing team and design / print team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced marketing professional who can manage numerous projects and quickly adopt and reinforce the HPU brand voice positively across print and digital content.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience and Training

Experience in sales, marketing, communication, content creation required

Minimum two years’ experiencein marketing

Knowledge, Skills, Ability :

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in time management and workflow

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

Creativity and experience in print marketing and email design

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office product, Airtable and Canva

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Helps the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Marketing plan and develop creative content for Admissions print and digital marketing tools; collaborates with other departments to develop, update and and enhance on-line marketing content, updates and develops print marketing pieces

Manages relationship with marketing partners and vendors

Develops and maintains in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the university’s academic and extracurricular programs to ensure marketing materials are accurate and on-brand.

Maintains positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with students, students’ parents, faculty, co-workers and managers
