Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills a plus. Experience with accounting software; Reconnet / Trintech and Workday a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Senior Treasury Associate
Our Finance team at P.F Chang's is dedicated to supporting the company's growth through strategic treasury management, accurate financial reporting, and operational excellence. We believe in collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality service to our internal teams.
We're looking for a Senior Treasury Associate to join our team and support our cash management, banking relationships, and financial reconciliation processes. This role is a key part of our Accounting department and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.
As a Senior Treasury Associate, you'll oversee bank reconciliations, manage treasury reporting, and support daily cash handling activities. You'll play an important role in maintaining our financial accuracy and operational efficiencyensuring treasury functions operate seamlessly and contribute to the company's financial integrity.
What You'll Do
- Process daily bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, disputes, and store set-ups with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare journal entries and conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities and analytical reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with armored car vendors and banking partners.
- Respond to treasury inbox inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in training, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate on projects and ad hoc analysis as needed by management.
- Partner effectively with internal teams to support treasury functions.
- Perform other accounting and treasury-related tasks as required.
