101.5 Lite FM, Miami’s heritage AC has a rare opening for On-Air Personality / Music Director. We’re looking for a natural storyteller who thrives on creating entertaining, engaging and relevant content on the air and social media. If you understand the importance of community and how to connect on all platforms concisely and creatively, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years on-air experience in the Adult Contemporary format with strong music scheduling skills and a thorough understanding of the AC audience and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Responsible for daily airshift
• Create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence
• Schedule music logs
• Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift
• Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly
• Operate the control board and perform production work
• Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts
• Other duties as required by management
