Job Details

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical and plumbing estimates using industry-standard tools and internal systems.
• Review drawings, specs, and project updates to ensure full scope coverage and cost accuracy.
• Develop proposal letters, evaluate vendor quotes, and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with business development and project management teams to qualify scope, pricing, and value-engineering options.
• Maintain bid databases, vendor relationships, and organized project files.
• Support project handoff to operations teams and mentor junior estimators.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
