Job Description :

As a Cloud Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Accenture Federal Services you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation maintenance and enhancement of AWS cloud infrastructure supporting federal clients.

Responsibilities :

You will ensure system reliability security and compliance by applying your deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud best practices. Collaboration across cybersecurity platform and development teams is key to ensuring seamless integration and adherence to stringent security requirements. The role requires setting up appointments with future customers explaining the AWS Cloud Environment to them answering questions and then helping them build their Cloud CONOPS Network Diagram Logical Diagrams and assistance with onboarding to the AWS Cloud.

Heres what you need :

• 5 years of cloud support experience
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting complex cloud issues such as but not limited to OS logs DNS Active Directory kernel and hypervisor errors and networking blockages

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
