We are seeking a Meditech Clinical Informaticist o join our team supporting clinical operations and technology alignment. This role will focus on the implementation, optimization, and support of MEDITECH Advanced Clinicals modules (PCS / NUR, PAPD / PCM, OM / OE or EDM).
The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinician (Registered Nurse or equivalent) who combines a strong clinical background with proven MEDITECH experience. This analyst will collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to design and validate workflows that enhance patient care, safety and operational efficiency. Candidates with Emergency Department (ED) experience are highly preferred.
Success in this role requires deep MEDITECH Magic 5.6 user knowledge, clinical workflow understanding and the ability to partner with caregivers and IT teams to drive adoption and improvement across the care continuum.

- Provide peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, end-user support, and functional guidance during implementation and stabilization phases.
- Identify and escalate issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to lessons-learned documentation for continuous improvement.

Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical licensure required).5+ years of direct MEDITECH experience, including Advanced Clinicals modules (PCS / NUR, PAPD / PCM, OM / OE or EDM).Must have end-user experience with MEDITECH Magic 5.6.Experience designing, building, or optimizing clinical workflows, collaborating with clinical end users, and supporting system implementations or upgrades.ED (Emergency Department) experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of clinical documentation, medication reconciliation, and care transition workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional project team.Adaptable, self-driven, and customer-focused with a professional demeanor.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare IT experience will be considered
