We are looking for a dedicated and caring Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
As a vital member of our home healthcare team, you will assist clients with daily activities and support their independence and well-being.
Compassionate Hands Home Healthcare provides compassionate, skilled nursing services to medically complex pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
- Follow the care plan and document daily activities and services provided.
