• Key Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET / EAC accredited program.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Preferably experienced in project management, although emerging leaders with relevant design experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in software tools including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-RAS 2D, HY-8, GEOPAK Drainage, and XP SWMM; experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
