About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator at Proverbs 31 Ministries supports the Marketing Strategist and engagement team in executing strategic initiatives that inspire and empower women to apply God's truth to their daily lives. As part of a mission-driven, collaborative team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in amplifying our ministry's message and helping to reach and impact more women.

What You'll Do

• Translate high-level marketing strategies into detailed, actionable marketing plans with clear deliverables. Outline the user experience across multiple digital touchpoints to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the campaign goals.
• Maintain the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Work closely with the project management team on deliverables, objectives, and timelines.
• Pull, analyze, and synthesize campaign performance data for the Marketing Strategist, identifying key metrics and equipping the Marketing Strategist with the information needed for real-time adjustments and future campaign strategy planning.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to set up emails, review for accuracy and schedule sends. Build segments and workflows.
• Monitor the performance of paid advertising across platforms in real time, providing ongoing reporting and collaborating on surfacing opportunities for optimization.
• Steward easy-to-follow guides and documentation for marketing processes, branding, and content creation-helping to equip current and future team members to serve with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
• Manage meeting schedules and assist ministry teams as needed.
