Job Title : Inspector III
This position is responsible for ensuring that a NATP's operations, processes, and facilities conform to internal standards, industry regulations, and applicable safety or quality guidelines. Identify deficiencies, irregularities, and non-compliance issues across various areas, and recommend corrective measures that drive performance improvements and adherence. This includes working closely with management and operational to establish a culture of continuous quality assurance and risk mitigation. Strong analytical and observational skills, with acute attention to detail in identifying discrepancies and potential risks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively preparing reports and collaborating with a variety of assorted personnel. Proficient in using modern inspection tools, data management software, and digital reporting systems. Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to shifting regulatory or operational landscapes. Must be able to travel 50% + of the time.
Have one or more years' experience working with DPSQA or OLTC programs, survey / auditing experience preferred. Strong reading and comprehension skills are required. The ability to communicate and articulate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong computer skills are a must including the ability to utilize multiple databases for review, auditing and data gathering. Must have knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing certifications / licensures of medical facilities Must have the ability to update, maintain records and learn all aspects of the NATP program. Must possess the ability to research and interpret DHS / State / Federal policy rules and regulations. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in inspections, quality control, internal auditing, or compliance roles. Licensure / Certifications Must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
