Key Responsibilities
Lead global expansion for payroll and stock teams, including new entity launches and compliance
Manage vendor relationships and oversee system implementations and integrations
Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners on payroll and mobility topics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in global payroll, stock administration, or finance operations
Understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and tax regulations in U.S. and international markets
Experience with global equity compensation operations and system integration
Familiarity with tools like Workday, UKG, Fidelity, and Deel
Experience at a public company with SOX compliance requirements
