Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA) – Fayetteville, NC
Full-Time | In-Clinic | $95,000–$110,000 base salary + bonus potential
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to join our Fayetteville clinic. In this senior clinical role, you will provide advanced clinical oversight, mentor other BCBAs and RBTs, maintain a smaller caseload, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Maintain a reduced client caseload with a focus on clinical excellence and outcomes
Mentor and train new and developing clinicians, including RBTs and BCBAs
Support onboarding, skills development, and ongoing training initiatives
Assist with clinical audits, fidelity checks, and quality improvement activities
Ensure services are delivered according to ABA best practices and clinic policies
Collaborate with families through education and parent training
Contribute to a positive, professional, and mission-driven clinic culture
Requirements
Education & Credentials
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience
3–5+ years of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)
Prior experience mentoring or supervising RBTs / BTs and / or BCBAs (preferred)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices
Ability to conduct functional assessments and design effective treatment plans
Demonstrated experience supervising and coaching clinical staff
Strong data analysis and data-based decision-making skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
