Job Details

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and argue motions while developing effective case strategies in complex business disputes.
• Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and alignment with case objectives.
• Represent clients in depositions of witnesses, parties, and experts, with the ability to both defend and take testimony.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, updates, and collaboration throughout the litigation process.
