We have an outstanding contract position for a Director of Integration to join a leading company located in the Lakeland, FL surrounding area. We are seeking a dynamic program manager with a strong aptitude for people leadership and cross-functional communication, who also possesses a foundational understanding of technical concepts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and successful program delivery.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage technical team, ensuring alignment with strategic projects, timelines, and client communication.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
