Sonoran Roots is looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Harvest Operations Associate .

ABOUT THE POSITION :

The Harvest Operations Associate is responsible for participating in various Harvest Operations : pre-production, production, and post-production.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

This role serves as a support system where labor is needed for the key components of Harvest

Operations.

Pre-Production :

  • Prepare fresh frozen bags
  • Set up all production areas the day before harvest
  • Production :

  • Fresh Frozen Bucking
  • Participate in bucking

  • Table / Processing
  • Participate in packaging and vacuum sealing product

  • Hanging
  • Assist Dry / Cure Operations with hanging.

    Post Production :

  • Ensure all production areas are properly broken down
  • Ensure all post-harvest cleaning tasks are completed
  • Assist Inventory with finalizing processing
  • Minimum Qualifications (Required) :

  • Attention to Detail : Ensures accuracy in bucking, packaging, and vacuum sealing processes.
  • Time Management : Efficiently completes tasks within strict timelines.
  • Team Collaboration : Works effectively with team members and communicates clearly with
  • supervisors.

  • Adaptability : Responds well to changing production needs and maintains performance in a
  • fast-paced environment.

  • Work Ethic : Demonstrates reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to completing
  • all assigned tasks.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Additional Qualifications (Preferred) :

  • Experience in the cannabis industry (formal or informal).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Cannabis-related education.
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

    Pay Rate : $15.00 per hour
