We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Drive to and job walk sites to review for hazards
- Coordinate planning with customers
- Arrange traffic control when needed
- Build lift plan packets
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Organize and implement POs, pick plans, and job notes in dispatch program
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Previous experience in operations, sales, construction fieldsCrane and load chart knowledge preferred3D lift planning skills preferredStrong project management skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership qualitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookBasic computer skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordBasic math skillsCompany Description
