About the Role :
The Sublimation Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining sublimation printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that colors, designs, and patterns are accurately transferred onto various substrates according to specifications. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to meet production schedules and uphold product standards. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation by delivering precise and reliable sublimation printing results.
