About the Role :

The Sublimation Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining sublimation printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that colors, designs, and patterns are accurately transferred onto various substrates according to specifications. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to meet production schedules and uphold product standards. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation by delivering precise and reliable sublimation printing results.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating sublimation or similar printing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification or training in sublimation printing technology or related fields.
  • Experience with color management and quality control processes in printing.
  • Familiarity with computer-controlled printing equipment and software.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate sublimation printing machines according to job orders and specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sublimation equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to minimize production delays.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or defects to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during machine operation and material handling.
  • Skills :

    The required skills enable the operator to efficiently set up and run sublimation machines, ensuring that each print meets precise quality standards. Attention to detail is crucial for monitoring color accuracy and detecting defects early in the process. Mechanical aptitude allows the operator to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues, reducing downtime and maintaining production flow.
