What You’ll Do – Control the Chaos with Confidence

As a Dispatcher, you’re not just assigning calls — you’re the strategist behind the entire day.

You will :

Coordinate real-time communication between customers and field technicians

Use advanced dispatching software, GPS tracking, workflow automation tools, and emerging tech to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency

Visualize the dispatch board like a tactical map — planning 2–3 moves ahead

Balance tech skills, customer needs, and company goals without missing a beat

Adapt quickly, make smart decisions, and keep the day running smoothly

Build trust across teams through clarity, consistency, and professionalism

What You Bring

2+ years dispatching experience (HVAC / plumbing / trades preferred)

Strong working knowledge of the Northern Virginia region

Confidence using software, digital tools, and new technology

Sharp communication skills and steady leadership

A proactive, strategic mindset with the heart of a problem solver
