Business Development Manager – Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar revenue‐driven roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated success in building and managing client relationships across multiple industriesAbility to identify and pursue new market opportunities and negotiate profitable contractsStrong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects at onceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusMust be able to represent the company at industry events, recruitment fairs, and client meetings (some travel required)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environmentBusiness Development Manager – Preferred Background and Skills
