Business Development Manager – Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar revenue‐driven role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships across multiple industries
  • Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities and negotiate profitable contracts
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be able to represent the company at industry events, recruitment fairs, and client meetings (some travel required)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment

  • Prior experience in hospitality, workforce solutions, or staffing / recruitment services
  • Familiarity with temporary / seasonal visa programs
