A company is looking for a Business Development - Administrative Coordinator to support the operational and strategic goals of the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact between Business Development, call center teams, and facility operations Monitor pending admissions and assist in expediting referral processing Utilize Salesforce to track leads and generate performance reports Required Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or business development Strong understanding of behavioral health and substance use treatment best practices Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities Valid Driver's License and ability to pass an MVR check
