Position : Lighting Warehouse Worker.

Location : Ventura, CA.

Job Type : Seasonal / Full-Time.

Brite Star Lighting has been servicing Ventura County and beyond for over 20 years. We are committed to bringing the magic of the holiday season to life through stunning Christmas light displays. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our operation during the busy holiday season.

Overview : You will be responsible for installing decorative lighting and holiday displays for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a festive atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inventory Management : Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing Christmas lights and decorations in the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment : Prepare and package orders for installation teams, ensuring all necessary materials are included and in good condition.
  • Quality Control : Inspect lighting and decorations for defects or damages, reporting issues to supervisor.
  • Equipment Maintenance : Help maintain and organize warehouse tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order.
  • Shipping and Receiving : Assist with loading and unloading trailers and trucks, and track inventory as it comes in and out of the warehouse.
  • Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • General Maintenance : Keep the warehouse clean and organized, performing routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment if preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, during holiday season,

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent mobility and agility for navigating high roofs and difficult positions.
  • Ability to stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
