Position Overview : We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, quick to pick up new systems, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries Process policy updates such as adding / removing drivers, vehicles, and coverage changes Review documents and ensure accuracy in all data entry Provide clear, friendly communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions Support agents and teammates to maintain smooth office flow Learn and utilize AAA systems and underwriting guidelines Qualifications : Property & Casualty License Insurance sales : 1 year (preferred) Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude and willingness to be coached What We Offer : Hands-on, personalized training Opportunities for growth Supportive team environment Competitive pay Generous PTO, plus paid company holidays Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 1 - 3 years Salary : $15 - $20 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
