Rate : $28.00 - $30.00 / hr. (depending on experience)

Shift : Full-Time

Garden Gate Health Care Facility, part of The McGuire Group is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to support the nutritional needs of residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for new and current residents
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical teams to ensure optimal nutrition
• Monitor weight trends, food intake, and lab values to adjust plans as needed
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
