Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Locum Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Employee Health Clinic

Location : Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area)

Assignment Dates : June 30, 2025 August 27, 2025 (9-week contract with possible extension)

Clinic Type : Employee Health Corporate / Occupational Health

Shift Details : Monday Wednesday

8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Responsibilities :

Conduct health evaluations and physical assessments

Treat minor work-related injuries and illnesses

Perform wellness screenings, vaccinations, and TB tests

Support COVID-19 protocols and return-to-work evaluations

Collaborate with on-site physicians, RNs, and administrative staff

Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic preferred)

Educate employees on preventive care and lifestyle improvements

Requirements :

Current California RN & NP license

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

BLS certification (ACLS a plus)

Minimum 1 2 years of clinical experience (occupational health preferred)

Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

W-2 Required in California
